Ensuring quality, rigor, and integrity in academic publishing

Authors typically get notified with an initial decision within two weeks from manuscript submission.

We aim for a highly efficient process:
The manuscript is suitable for publication as is, or with very minor formatting corrections. The authors are invited to submit the camera-ready version.
The paper has merit but requires small changes (e.g., clarifying text, adding citations, fixing figures). Authors must submit a revised version. The editor verifies that the paper incorporates the changes suggested by reviewers.
The paper shows promise but needs significant work (e.g., additional experiments, re-analysis, major rewriting). The manuscript will undergo another round of review.
The manuscript is fundamentally flawed, lacks sufficient contribution, or is out of scope. The manuscript will not be considered further. The authors can substantially revise their work and open a new submission.
