Peer Review Process

Ensuring quality, rigor, and integrity in academic publishing

Overview

We employ a rigorous double-blind peer review process for all submitted manuscripts. This ensures that research is evaluated purely on its merit, free from bias related to author identity or affiliation.

Authors typically get notified with an initial decision within two weeks from manuscript submission.

The Review Flow

1. Submission & Check

Editorial team checks for formatting, scope, and plagiarism (Deskside Review).

2. Reviewer Assignment

Manuscript is assigned to subject matter experts for double-blind review.

3. Examination

Reviewers assess originality, methodology, clarity, and contribution.

4. Decision

Editor makes a final decision: Accept, Revise, or Reject.

Evaluation Criteria

Acceptance is decided based on:

  • Originality: Novelty of contribution.
  • Methodology: Soundness of research design and analysis.
  • Clarity: Quality of writing and organization.
  • Relevance: Fit with the journal's scope.
Review Timeline

We aim for a highly efficient process:

  • Deskside Check: 1-2 Days
  • Reviewer Rounds: 7-10 Days
  • Final Decision: Within 2 Weeks

Decisions Explained

Accepted

The manuscript is suitable for publication as is, or with very minor formatting corrections. The authors are invited to submit the camera-ready version.

Accepted with Minor Revisions

The paper has merit but requires small changes (e.g., clarifying text, adding citations, fixing figures). Authors must submit a revised version. The editor verifies that the paper incorporates the changes suggested by reviewers.

Major Revisions Required

The paper shows promise but needs significant work (e.g., additional experiments, re-analysis, major rewriting). The manuscript will undergo another round of review.

Rejected

The manuscript is fundamentally flawed, lacks sufficient contribution, or is out of scope. The manuscript will not be considered further. The authors can substantially revise their work and open a new submission.
